JDP Wins Thumbtack Best of 2015

Thumbtack Best Pro of 2015 won by JDP Photography for

professional photography on Thumbtack

This is based on the number of positive reviews from Thumbtack clients. Other (outside Thumbtack) clients gave reviews, too. We are honored to be a recognized highly-rated pro.

This year we have worked on small product photography, actor and model headshot and portfolios, corporate assignments that included group and single environmental portraits, individual portraits on a white background for extraction, and in-studio social media images for business promotion. Not to mention creating images for stock and promotional purposes and virtual tours for the Google Street View Trusted program.

We want to earn your 5-star review, too!

We are enjoying the epic year we predicted in our January video. I love it when a plan comes together!

How to Use the Gym Towel – Testimonial

TowelTech Product Demo

How to Use the Gym Towel by TowelTech

“Julie helped me to do quick lifestyle photo shoot in studio of a model with my fitness product. This was done very very quickly to meet a deadline of mine. Within 24 hours of entering thumbtack I had my first set of photos back. She worked around my schedule.

I honestly have to say this was far and above my best experience working with a photographer. Her expertise and knowledge and ability to manage the shoot was phenomenal. I expect to hire her again for my next photo needs.
She gave me the best price without any compromise on quality or delivery. Quality of work is expert level.”

Repeat Customer Testimonial

“I’m a repeat customer of JDP Photography because Julie [Diebolt] Price does a wonderful job–not only with my professional head-shot portraits, but also with full-body shots and even creative, special-purpose set-ups to promote my letter-writing cause. I couldn’t be more pleased and will return to JDP again and again.”

Client Spotlight from Our Photography Studio

Lisa Dale, CEO Seabreeze Management Company Inc.

Lisa Dale, CEO
Seabreeze Management Company Inc.

Recently, I had the pleasure (again) of working in our photography studio with Lisa Dale, CEO of Seabreeze Management Company creating her new and updated business portrait. This time Lisa brought in her staff for their executive portrait sessions, too. We were able to blend the new portraits with those currently on their website, to maintain the branded look on their site.

In 2012 I met Lisa for the first time. JDP Photography was chosen as the studio portrait photographer for the NAWBO-OC (National Association of Women Business Owners, www.nawbo-oc.org) Remarkable Women Awards program. Lisa was selected as the Honoree for Lifetime Achievement and Woman of Courage.

I asked Lisa to tell you a little bit about her company and this is what she had to say.

With over 26 years of experience, Seabreeze Management Company www.seabreezemgmt.com is an industry-leading, community management firm offering full-service solutions to condominiums, luxury high-rise/mid-rise properties, active adult communities, mix-use properties and single-family homes in Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego. As an AAMC accredited firm with a highly-credentialed team, Seabreeze Management provides unparalleled service and support to HOAs, helping them build stronger communities.

Portrait for Mother’s Day

Portrait for Mother's Day

Lisa and Michael

This portrait of Lisa and Michael was a gift for their mother and grandmother for Mother’s Day this month. They wanted better quality than their own point and shoot camera skills could deliver. They even wanted better quality than Target, Wal-Mart and Sears. We are delighted that they chose JDP Photography to create this lasting gift.

We focused on natural expressions and simple posing to create an image that Mom will treasure forever!
